jaMes Faison (founder / ceo)
Mr. James Faison opened the doors at Faison Construction in 2004 with one truck, out of a small office in N.E. Portland. Since then he has grown Faison Construction into a recognized, widely respected, and successful Construction firm. Having partnered with privately held companies like Hoffman, Fortis, Skanska, and Wildish as well as publicly owned / managed clients like TriMet, O-dot, Portland Parks and many others Faison has positioned himself as one of the NW’s premiere Concrete / General contracting firms.
Joe Staley (Operations manager)
Joe started working in the concrete industry in 1990 before joining Faison Construction in 2007. Having spent the majority of the his first 18 years in the field he has spent the last 11 with Faison Construction as the companies Superintendent, Lead Estimator, Project Manager and much more. Joe brings a life time of experience, practical, result oriented leadership and indispensable knowledge to the team here at Faison Construction.
When Joe is away from the office he enjoys a number of outdoors-man activities. More than anything however he loves spending time with his beautiful wife, their three daughters, and two exuberant Grandsons.
Kevin Nicholas-Roe (Project Manager)
Kevin Nicholas-Roe has been with Faison Construction since 2011. As a Project Engineer the last 2 years and Project Manager with Faison Energy Solutions the previous 5.
Graduating with honors at the top of his North West Renewable Energy Institute class, Kevin’s knowledge of the construction industry is diverse and far reaching.
Sean Geddes (Project Engineer)
Sean’s background in the construction industry includes a large amount of time spent in the field and in field management. These hands on experiences give him first hand knowledge and experience across a wide variety and all different types of projects throughout the industry.
When not in the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
Monique Payne (Office Manager)
Monique joined Faison Construction as an Office Manager with a decade in the construction industry. This includes over 2 decades of Accounting Management, HR, and Office Management experience.
Monique is very family oriented. She enjoys fishing, crabbing, and clamming with family and friends.
Elia Rendon (Office Assistant)
Elia is Faison Construction’s Office Assistant. She has over a decade of office, admin, and accounting clerk experience. She is diverse in many industries and bilingual.
Elia grew up in California and enjoys video chatting with family and friends. Outside of work, she likes to go hiking with her dog to take in all the nature that Oregon has to offer. In addition, she enjoys painting & drawing.
